Will County Center for Community Concerns will be taking applications at the library the 4th Friday each month from 9am-11:30am for their Home Energy Assistance Program that helps eligible households with utility bills. To submit an application all necessary documentation is required. Call the Will County Center for Community Concerns at 815-722-0722 for additional information or stop by the library for a flyer showing the requirements.

Good Morning Dawn,
There is a signup available on the day of LIHEAP registration, which will be posted on the outside of the library door beginning around 8 AM. The library doesn’t open until 9, but you are welcome to wait outside or in your car. People are helped in the order of the list. The first date for LIHEAP registration will be on October 25th from 9-11:30. If you have any more questions, please feel free to call the library.
